Prabhas to act under Tamil director

Prabhas is presently starring for 'Darling' has agreed to act for another movie according to sources, he has agreed to act in the movie that would be Directed by Vishnu Vardhan (Tamil "Billa" Director) in which Shruthi Hassan daughter of Kamal Hassan would be starring as heroine. Reliance Movies gets Darling’s overseas rights

Reliance Movies, USA, has acquired the overseas theatrical and home video/DVD rights of Karunakaran’s “DARLING” starring Prabhas, and cutie pie Kajal Agarwal.

"Darling" is a huge budget romantic-action-comedy entertainer and is being directed by renowned Karunakaran. Darling has Prabhas in a unique role where the actor’s comic timing is being used to the advantage of the film. Given Karunakaran’s exceptional ability to handle good scripts this film will definitely be a good hit will all genre. He has successfully delivered super hits like ‘Tholi Prema’, ‘Balu’, ‘Happy’ and ‘Ullasanga Utsahanga’. He has the magical ability to mix subtle emotions with comedy via extra-ordinary screenplay.

After ‘Chathrapathi’ Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra is venturing into this new high budget flick ‘Darling’ with Prabhas produced by BVSN Prasad. He was also the co-producer for ‘Magadheera’ and ‘Arya -2’.

‘Darling’ has an exceptionally well-written script based off a unique type of love story and several scenes will resemble real-line incidents. As a matter of fact, the man with the golden touch – Dil Raju – was very impressed by the story line of ‘Darling’ and immediately acquired entire distribution rights for AP, also including satellite rights.

G.V. Prakash (nephew of A R Rehman) scores the music, Andrew handles the camera, action by Peter Hynes and Mukesh Rishi dons the role of a villain. Veteran Tamil actor Prabhu plays a full length key role in this movie as the father of Prabhas. The comedy track is aptly supported by Dharmavarapu Subramaniam, M S Narayana and Srinivas Reddy.

Karunakar's Sexy Look For Prabhas

It is known news that the talented movie maker Karunakaran is all set to commence his new venture titled ‘Darling’. This has got the young rebel star Prabhas in the lead and buzz is that the saucy seductress Kajal Agarwal will be the leading lady for this one.

Now, unit members say that Karunakaran has decided to give Prabhas a very interesting look and is positive that this will create a stir. Also, Karunakaran is famous for his tender love stories and fitting a rugged looking macho guy like Prabhas has become another highlight.

So now, all are eager to see how this new look will be. Some are remembering the film ‘Munna’ which had Prabhas looking terrific but the box office result was terrible. So, it remains to be seen whether ‘Darling’ will become a darling to the audience or a dud.

Prabhas-Dil Raju's film launch on Nov 27

After the unfortunate debacle of ‘Ek Niranjan’, Prabhas is preparing himself for his next venture under Dil Raju’s production and on other hand his other film under Karunakaran’s direction is gradually progressing.

The new venture to be directed by Dasarath will be launched on November 27. Dasarath is going to make this film on similar lines with ‘Santhosham’. The film belongs to romantic genre and will be made as a family entertainer. Two new heroines will be sharing screen with Prabhas –Tapsi and Sarah Jain. This is the second film for Tapsi even before a single release. The lucky girl’s first film is with Manchu Manoj Kumar under K Raghavendra Rao’s direction produced by Lakshmi Prasanna Movies was launched just few days back.

Rajamouli’s Plans for another Big Movie

SS Raja Mouli, the ace director who directed the mega blockbuster “Magadheera” is now planning for another big movie. This time he is teaming with yet another legend in Telugu film industry, and he is none other than K Raghavender Rao, who is producing the film. It is said both of them planning to make a movie on mythological Bharmarshi Vishawamitra.

The cast and crew members are not yet finalized, but it is learned that rebel star Prabhas has been chosen for the lead role.

SS Raja Mouli is currently busy in the making of his comedy flick “Maryada Ramanna” in which Sunil is playing the lead role.

Villain and hero together

It was years ago Prabhas and Gopichand had appeared as hero and villain in the film Varsham. Now the same pair is coming together, but this time not as villain and hero but as hero and hero.

Bindhu Madhavi and Parvathi Melton are the heroines of this film and the film is tentatively titled Partner.

Prabhas 'Darling' releasing for summer?

After 'Ek Niranjan' - Prabhas is all set to act in two movies this year, one would be Prabhas-Kajal movie is going be ready for summer. This is directed by a successful director Karunakaran, who has directed some super good films like Tholiprema, Ullasanga Utsahanga etc. Bogavalli Prasad is producing the film under Sri Venkateshwara Cine Chitra banner. This unit had a schedule of shooting in Araku from November 11th and it lasts to a month.
